What a super turnout for this month's Poems and Pints at @buttonwarehouse tonight

I am really pleased to have managed to capture the Aurora again over Macclesfield. The subtle purples and greens of the Northern Lights were captured over Macclesfield from South Park at the height of tonight's earlier geomagnetic storm (taken at 21.24). The pillars were visible on long exposure shots (6-10s) on camera for about 15 minutes and coincided timing-wise with shots from dozens of other locations around the country.
